An opportunity has arisen for a PA in the Office of the Senior Executive Team. With the primary responsibility of providing high-level support to an individual member of the senior team, most probably the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Learning and Teaching, you will be part of a professional team that works collaboratively to ensure that all members of the Senior Executive Team are constantly supported to a high level.
You will have substantial experience as a PA to senior management and possess excellent secretarial, interpersonal and organisational skills. The ability to demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role is essential. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload including electronic diary and correspondence management.
This is a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and will appeal to suitably qualified candidates seeking an exciting and challenging role. Due to the imminent relocation of the Senior Management Team to a new building and some consequent reconfiguration of office arrangements and reporting structures, you will be expected to be particularly flexible during the initial period of your employment.
