Customer Service Assistant - £18k-£22k basic + Medical insurance and travel insurance after 3 months.
Rapidly expanding and dynamic fuel company are looking for a customer service assistant to work in the south manchester based office. In this hands on, challenging role you will act as the first point of contact for all customers orders and queries after contract commencement. The job will involve regular contact with the commercial team in London as well as the sales Ledger department in Manchester, haulage contractors and customers regarding the order and delivery of fuel. You will work closely with a portfolio of 20 large clients to ensure that their orders are processed effieciently and that the products are delivered within service level. You will be given complete ownership over queries so need excellent problem solving skills to handle urgent requests through to resolution and the ability to work at pace without comprimise in service.
In addition to this you need to be confident and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Prior working knowledge of Excel to an intermmediate level is also essential.
