The company have now had an Edinburgh office and due to continued expansion the Partners are currently seeking talented individuals at Associate level to assist in managing this growth.

The Role
You will be given the opportunity to lead and take ownership of your own projects
You will have full financial responsibility for your projects
You will be delegating work to your colleagues
Whilst you will be undertaking a management position you will not lose contact with the design process
You should have demonstrable experience of running a team of up to four building services engineers
You will be technically competent
Client-facing in your attitude
You will be passionate about moving the Edinburgh office forward, and in doing so your own career
You will be preferably be degree qualified and working your way towards chartership, however this is not essential
Support innovative design solutions and implementation of low/zero carbon technologies on projects
