My client a leading national construction company are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their ever expanding teams within the central belt of Scotland.
This company specialise primarily within the utility, transportation, power and infrastructure sectors and are recognised for their outstanding client service, the quality of their work, and their commitment to Health & Safety.
This particular position requires a strong project manager to work on a variety of civil contracts running them from inception through to completion, being involved in particular with programming, method statements and direct client liaison. Project types include waste water treatment works, dirty water and sewage treatment works and the refurbishment of power plants.
The right candidate for this role would be a senior level manager who has a strong civil engineering background, and good utilities knowledge. It is essential that you have experience of managing contracts and have the ability to deal with clients on a daily basis. Although this role will primarily be head office based, it is also essential that you have on site experience. It is desirable although not essential for you to have an engineering related qualification.
