Job profile - Our Client is looking for an experienced Receptionist on an on-going temporary contract (possibly leading to a permanent role for the right individual) to coordinate the Reception area. The role will require exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will meet and greet Clients as well as answering a busy switchboard and undertaking general administration duties.
Duties include:-
Coordinating calls
Meeting and greeting Clients
Ordering office supplies for general facilities
Diary management of meeting rooms
Coordinating meetings
Copy typing as required
Data Entry
Experience & Qualifications - A current enhanced disclosure and public sector experience is preferred but not essential.
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £6 - £6.50 per hour
