Our client is an award-winning contractor who are currently looking to recruit a PPM Coordinator to join there Glasgow based team.
Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage PPM planning in Service and Maintenance system to contract specifications
- Manage PPM planning in Service and Maintenance system to legislative and statutory requirements (compliance register)
- Manage PPM contract orders to sub contractors
- Amend PPM planning as required in conjunction with Contract Managers guidance
- Coordinate PPM labour loading information
- Produce weekly run of PPM task sheets and distribute to operatives
- Attend weekly labour planning meetings with contract managers, labour manager and schedule PPM works
- Manage and close out PPM tasks from operatives and sub contractors
- Collate and manage all completed PPM task sheets
- Collate and manage all sub contractor PPM reports
- Produce client contract reports for Contract Managers
- Additional tasks as requested by Finance and Administration Manager
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.00am 4.30pm (with a half hour lunch), 20 days holidays plus 8 statutory days per annum, up to £22k per annum depending on experience and qualifications. Working from the Rutherglen office in Glasgow.
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role working on planning maintenance systems, dealing with contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis. You will be a motivated individual with excellent communication and computer skills.
