My client offers an excellent variety of work on prestigious local and global projects. The consultancy is actively involved in the NHS framework, has a number of hotel, offices and commercial projects spread across the central belt. My client also has a rapidly expanding office in Dubai and there is the opportunity to be involved in these multi-million pound projects.
A key project that you will be involved in is the development site in Fife. Still in the design stages the infrastructure will be for a prestigious mixed-use development.
My client is looking for a competent and technically sufficient individual who is confident about design and managing projects without supervision. You will be managing projects and small teams of engineers and technicians, delivering projects to high design standards, timely and cost effectively.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing Civil projects to British codes of practice and will have worked within a consultancy on similar projects. It is also essential that you have excellent communication skills as this is a client inter-facing role.
