Job Description
Top tier Asset Management firm are currently looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join their Middle Office. Our client has an excellent reputation for delivering superior investment performance and maintaining the highest standard of client service. Their Middle Office function has been developing in recent times and the need has been identified for an individual with extensive Transfer Agency knowledge to join.
The Retail Operations Manager will be the relationship manager for all external Retail operations and Transfer Agency services which will involve working extensively with all related third party providers and key internal stakeholders such as the platforms, sales teams and TPAs. A key element of the role will be to take responsibility for the operational performance of the Third Party Administrators against service standards by managing performance metrics, issues and risks.
To apply for this role you will have extensive knowledge of retail operations and Transfer Agency industry. Experience of managing relationships with third party administration providers is required and broad Fund Administration and Operations required.
