HR Manager - Edinburgh
c.£35 - 45k + bonus + Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of optical products, test and measurement solutions for the telecommunications industry. Their integrated technology portfolio acts as a key enabler for optical solutions in industries such as broadband communications, semiconductor manufacturing, document authentication, brand protection, and biotechnology.
During a period of exciting growth, they are looking to further develop their HR capability by recruiting a HR Associate to manage all HR activities in the UK and Nordic regions reporting to the HRD EMEA. With a proven experience in HR within a corporate environment, you\'ll relish the opportunity to draw on the breadth and depth of your HR experience to autonomously drive the HR strategy forward within the business.
Based from Edinburgh, as the key central contact point for all HR-related issues in the business covering an employee-base of c. 150 employees in the UK, your input at both a strategic and operational level will be invaluable in delivering a timely and robust HR service to facilitate current and future plans for growth within a rapidly expanding business. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proven HR professional to come in and help shape the future of our client\'s business, in a Matrix organization that believes in inclusion and the strategic contribution of the HR function as a key to a successful business.
With a comprehensive experience across all areas of HR within a corporate entity or having had sole accountability for a \'strategic business unit\' in a corporate environment, you\'ll be adept at working autonomously and welcome the opportunity to assume the responsibility to make key business decisions.
