Abrecco wish to recruit a Telecom Systems Manager on behalf of our Edinburgh based Client. Reporting to the IT Director you will manage a small team responsible for all aspects of the design, installation and support of large scale telecom systems within a fast paced call centre environment. To be considered for this role you should posses the following:
Essential
- In-Depth Knowledge of T-1 (E-1) Protocols
- In-Depth knowledge of Avaya IP PBX
- Knowledge of Data Networking (MPLS, ATM etc)
- Experience of Call Centre Technology (PBX, ACD etc)
- Knowledge of IP Networking
- Team Management / Mentoring
Desirable:
- Avaya Certification
- Knowledge of Nortel solutions
- Knowledge of BGP4, OSPF, Ethernet Switching etc

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established organisation offering a salary in the region of £45k to £49k + benefits. Please note that since this role is with a global organisation, some international travel will be required.
