It takes fifty two muscles to frown, but only fourteen to smile.
Does this make our Membership Advisors lazy?

Far from it. But when you have to approach compete strangers and talk to them about joining our gyms, you really need to really flex those smile muscles. However, the smile is only the beginning. To join our team, you’ve got to have an outgoing personality, a brass neck and the ability to brush off disappointments and quickly bounce back. (It may be a cliché, but every no you get brings you one step closer to a yes.) As if that wasn’t enough, we’re looking for an excellent communicator who can relate to people of all ages and put them immediately
at ease. You’ll need to maintain an up to date knowledge of current market trends within the health and fitness industry and work with staff on site to improve their product awareness.
As well as having the creativity to organise off site events to attract additional customers. Of course, as a natural born sales person, you’ll have an aptitude for meeting, and exceeding, sales targets.
