Change\' s client is a large financial organisation based in the centre of Edinburgh. An exciting new role has arisen for a HR Risk Manager to play a contribute to the divisional and wider HR strategic plans of the HR Operational team.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Operational Risk professional with experience gained from financial services, who is looking for a change of direction or the next rung on the ladder. Salary is 32-40K plus 4K car allowance, pension contribution and other benefits. Job spec is available on request.
Your role will be to review and control risk using critical appraisal and recommendations to senior management. This in turn facilitates effectual strategies, policies and processes to be developed and implemented, therefore providing risk assurance to the Divisional HR area of the business, that risk is being managed effectively.
Experience/knowledge
• Experience of operational risk management practices, supporting frameworks and tools.
• Be able to proactively applied associated policies and principles in your daily work
• Experience in using a wide range of analytical tools and techniques to identify issues/trends to provide recommendations and solutions
• Good oral & written skills
• Be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team
