Full Description:
The Role
Our client are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to be responsible for interior fit out projects for a diverse client base. Most recent projects include work for highly prestigious blue chip clients such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Citigroup and HBOS. This is a part office, part site based role and the majority of projects carried out, are based in Edinburgh City Centre.

They won a UK wide award at the National Business Awards 2005, a Scottish Enterprise Award for Excellence in Skills and Learning and most recently gained a National Edge Award for the Development of Young People.

The Candidate
Ideally you will currently be working as a Contracts or Project Manager and have relevant shopfitting experience. The ability to manage multiple projects, order materials and the confidence to manage site personnel would be highly advantageous.
