Full Description:
Our client, the worlds largest science and technology based multi-disciplinary practice has an opening for an Associate Architect, to manage and run a brand new Edinburgh office. The practice has offices in Princeton, New York, Washington, Boston, London and Dubai and benefits from the backing of a Global organisation. The practice has been developing its network of Edinburgh clients in both the public and private sector and will be carving out a niche in the emerging science & technology market in Edinburgh.

They are currently looking to recruit an extremely experienced Architect with the ability to work in an Autonomous role and take on the responsibility of establishing a brand new Edinburgh office.

You will be taking a (circa £50m) laboratory project from detailed design stage to on-site whilst developing the office and liaising with all parties involved in the project.
The practice is also negotiating a number of other projects in the Edinburgh area and as such the office is destined to expand rapidly.

You will have:
