| My client has an opening for an experienced Project Surveyor to join the team. This rapidly expanding organisation specialises mainly in commercial and residential projects within the public, private and commercial sectors Based between two residential sites in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the project. Your main remit will include valuations, procurement, sub-contractor invoicing and final accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous housebuilding experience and possess the ability to work effectively under minimum supervision. An attractive package commensurate with experience is on offer. |
