Our client is currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You should be ambitious and motivated to progress your career as this is a genuine job opportunity.
The Company
Our client has grown into a well-respected force within the Scottish construction industry with a multi-million pound turnover. Geographically they operate in Central and Eastern Scotland and provides interior fit-out services to blue chip clients including Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Citigroup and HBOS.
The Role
You will report to the Surveying Director. You should be a Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting or sub contracting background ideally. You will be working on a £26 million fit out job based in Edinburgh city centre in the short term. After this their is a wide and varied workload to make this an interesting role for a QS looking for a new career challenge.
