Exciting Opportunity for Designer
An expanding and well renowned one-man private practice seeks a talented Part III Architect with an all round design and project running ability. You will be taking projects from planning stages through to on-site and will have an excellent design eye as well as an understanding of current building regulations.
The practice has been nominated for awards in the local market and is run by two of Edinburghs most talented designers, who mix contemporary top end design with excellent construction method and a keen attention to detail.
The practice focus mainly on luxury residential projects built to a high specification for private clients and on other bespoke projects. The practice is about to take a common room for an educational project on-site, which would offer you as an Architect the opportunity to get on-site with a top project.
You will be circa 5 years Post Part III and have a good knowledge of the local market. As well as this you should have a great understanding of the technology involved in Architectural design and building regulations. Experienced Part II Applicants will also be considered for the role but you must be able to use your initiative when dealing with clients and drawing work.
The practice is in the position to offer you support towards professional qualifications, the ability to gain contacts in the industry and to work on some extremely prestigious projects in a peaceful office environment. This is one of Edinburghs top, small, design led private practices.
