We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate calibre individual to join a 2 year sales training programme for a Global IT solutions company.
The first 6 months you will be based in Edinburgh thereafter the remaining 18 months in London (Assistance will be given for re-location costs). Once you have completed the training programme you will have the option to return to Scotland or remain in London
The 3 stage training programme is designed to grow core sales skills in customer prospect and partner management. This will include new business sourcing, contact acquisition, customer-centric relationship, managing quota, customer retention, cross and up selling, managing sales cycles, territory management, communication and closing.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to go into a sales career, very strong communication skills both written and verbal, work well under pressure and to deadlines and be able to manage multiple projects.
In return there is a starting salary of 22,500 which will rise as you go through the 3 stages to 24,100. Bonus, contributory pension, Private Medical Insurance and death in service.
