Proven knowledge/experience of the construction industry
Must be used to working with a policy & procedure framework
Proficient in the use of Word and Excel
Must have excellent attention to detail, be confortable with figures and have a reasonable maths ability!
Ideally you will have experience working in an Estimating/Piling/Procurement Department and be able to work with minimum supervision.
The role will include:
Dealing with piling enquiries and creating tender documentation for clients.
Dealing with customer/client queries
General estimating/Admin
Taking incoming calls
