| Job Description Are you looking for an exciting new role within a busy branch? As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, One of London’s leading Independent Estate Agents is looking for part or fully CeMAP or equivalent qualified candidates to join their successful sales team. You will be branch based preferably locally to yourself, in one of the companies numerous branches covering the whole of the UK area. The company handle medium and high net worth clients and their offices reflect this. As the branch mortgage advisor, your role will be advising on the best mortgage and insurance deals for each individual customer from the whole of the market place. You will be interviewing customers generated by trained negotiators who will give you as a mortgage advisor a high number of quality leads and you will also give advice to the general foot-fall of customers into the branch. As a mortgage advisor for my client you will also be provided with an administration team (in house), allowing you to concentrate on the sales side of the industry. You will be: • Currently in a direct sales position or have previous mortgage experience. • A team player. • Well presented. • Sales focused. • Dedicated to giving good customer service. • A very motivated individual. The basic salary will range from £20000 - £25000 dependant upon skill set, after an initial guarantee of up to £30,000 salary pro rata for a period of 4 months with an excellent, market leading un-capped quarterly bonus scheme. A very realistic OTE of £37000 is available within your first year in the role. Hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 9am -2pm (Working one out of every two Saturdays). |
