| The Place An international, multi million pound contract catering company with over 12000 UK employees. The Job We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the team on site and take over the day to day running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for feeding around 500 people per day for breakfast and lunch offering a good variety of hot and cold food and running a menu that changes on a regular basis. The Person This role will suit a chef who has experience of working in a high volume kitchen and can demonstrate a cool head under pressure. You will have plenty of interesting ideas when it comes to menus and have basic financial knowledge in regards to wage costs, GP’s and managing stock levels.
