Oracle Financials Developer/Support Analyst
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £35k - £45k
THE COMPANY
A global provider of investment and technology solutions, and a well respected name in the industry.
THE ROLE
This is a challenging and fast paced role which requires strong knowledge of Oracle Financials 11.5.9 / 11.5.10.
You will be involved in the full lifecycle which will include analysis, design, development, and support.
Duties include creation of Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms and Discoverer reports to retrieve data based on business requirements.
Involvement in the maintenance PO Approval workflow customisations, design, development and maintenance of interfaces.
Maintain integrity of databases. Define and write PL*SQL, data loaders, database objects and SQL*Loader Scripts.
Preparation of technical documentation for all development items.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication skills - ability to interact with key HR and Finance staff
First class working knowledge of Oracle Financials 11.5.9/11.5.10 Oracle PL*SQL, Stored Procedures, SQL*Loader, Oracle Discoverer, ADI, Oracle Reports Builder, Oracle Workflow, APIs, and interface development.
Basic understanding of financial applications.
