Working with one of the largest support services providers in the county, who employ over 8000 employees worldwide; you will have the chance to develop relationships with in-house and site teams, based in Schools located in Borders area.
Holding strong people management skills, you will communicate and manage day-to-day operational teams, including: Joiners, Electricians and Plumbers. Experience of working with Schools and Councils is desirable. You will be integrated into the position, initially working alongside Facilities Managers based in the Edinburgh Office, then looking after the phased adoption of the Schools contract.
As this is a newly established contract there is the chance to develop strong relationships and to take responsibility for developments in this area. A Competitive salary is offered, including Car Allowance and Fuel Allowance
