Our client is a leading Building Contractor they are looking to recruit a Senior Estimator for their Newbridge office and the salary, dependant upon your experience can be circa £50,000 plus car allowance or company car and an excellent benefits package/pension etc. Company hours are
8am to 5pm. They typically work on projectsfrom £6-13 million (refurb and new build projects). Current projects include a retails park in Hamilton, University and Museum work. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Area Director.You will work with the team to manage the estimating and bid process on contracts varying from design and build to traditional bills of quantities and have an active input into, bids and proposals documentation.
The key experience and skills for the role are:
Demonstrate capability of analytical estimating
Knowledge and experience of all major forms of contract
Knowledge of the operational and commercial / contractual terms
Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and work with a multi-discipline team of both internal and external partners
