| Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking to recruit a Distributions Team Manager to join their Edinburgh based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff within the department of Distributions, ensuring they receive adequate training as well as ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Ideal candidates will also have the following: • A detailed understanding of investment operations • Ability to manage time effectively • A good attention to detail • Excellent planning and organisational skills • A customer-focused approach Essential experience required: • 1:1’s appraisals • Resourcing • Holiday requests • Absence management Previous experience of Corporate Actions, Equities or HMRC at any level would also be extremely advantageous.
