Our client, a highly reputable pensions specialist, is looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator to join their Edinburgh based team.
Duties will include:
Assessing customer requirements using product and company knowledge
Providing an effective response to customers in a positive manner
Taking necessary action to ensure completion of processes
Maintaining relationships with customers and clients
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Ability to work within a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional attitude and manner
Computer literate
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Essentially, you will have a high degree of customer care skills and a mathematical background will be advantageous, but not essential.
