| Our client is one of the largest UK service organisations of its kind, having extensive experience within the multi services and power system sectors of the Building Services construction industry. The company's expertise covers mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, building services and related design, engineering, construction, commissioning and specific manufacturing disciplines. With a turnover in 2006 of £280million, and with over 2000 staff the company is one of the leading contractors in the building services industry. In the East Scotland region of the business the company has a turnover of £24 million with 46 employees. The aim is to increase this to £30 million within the next year. You could be involved with this. -High-profile projects -Job security -Excellent promotion prospects -Opportunity for a new challenge Candidates should have a strong knowledge of the mechanical contracting industry, and will be skilled in the following areas; Delivering projects on time and to budget Full financial responsibility Site supervision Meeting with clients Site meetings Health and Safety Tender and post-tender work You will not be required to be involved with procurement, design or estimating as there are other divisions within the company that manage this. The company are currently involved with Edinburgh University, Usher Hall, Bridge Hotel, Kingsgate Shopping Centre, M+S and Quartermile. An impressive range of projects ranging from £3 million to £8million. Benefits Varied salary dependent on level. This will range from £25,000 to £35,000.
