Our Client a global leader in clinical trial management and logistics, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant to join their expanding team.
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 + lucrative quarterly profit share bonus scheme.
Reporting to: The Customer Service Team Leader
First People Solutions Group urgently requires an experienced Customer Service Consultant to work within our Clients Edinburgh operation. You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to work within a team and on your own initiative.
The Job is a challenging role that requires creative thinking and a passion for providing top class customer service.
Ideal candidates will have a proven record of customer service and building client relationships. Logistics experience would be an advantage but not essential. The role would be suited to candidates who have came from a call centre customer service or account management background.
You will have a willingness to learn and the ability to work well under pressure to deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organisation who are the global leaders in their field.
Due to our Clients location candidates must have access to their own transport.
