Our client is looking to recruit a self-motivated Sales Ledger Assistant to join their Midlothian team.
Main duties will include, but not restricted to:
• Producing daily payment reports
• End of day posting reconciliation
• Monthly reconciliation to nominal ledger
• Raise and post manual invoices and credits
• Customer statements
Essentially you will be educated in Accounting to at least HNC level, and have previous experience of computerised multi-currency sales ledger and credit control.
Ideally you will be computer literate in Word and Excel, have a customer-orientated approach, and possess strong communication skills.
