Are you a competent driver? Qualified to drive vans and lorries? Do you enjoy the freedom of being on the road?

Parcelforce Worldwide are now recruiting Collection and Delivery Drivers. If you hold a full driving licence which enables you to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and have no more than six penalty points, then this could be the job for you.

Contract length: Temporary until 24/12/2008

Hours of Work: Full time 40+ hours - Mon to Fri - 0800 to 1600
We need you to have a professional attitude as you will be driving for up to 8 hours a day during unsociable hours and peak traffic. There is up to 3 hours a day compulsory overtime so you will be working up to 11 hours a day.

You will be performing multi-drop work, delivering parcels, weighing up to 30kg, to households and businesses, often during peak hour traffic. Once you have received training and become established you will be visiting approximately 100 addresses each day.

You must be able to work well under pressure, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of multi-drops would be an advantage.
