Our client is seeking an experienced and customer focused PA / Secretary to join their established team who manage a prestigious West Lothian Country house whose business is exclusive events.
This job role requires an individual who is flexible, has a genuine understanding of excellent customer focus and would enjoy working in a traditional country setting. You will have the added privileges of the scenic surroundings, lakes, wildlife and even the pet dogs for company.
The successful candidate will have:
• An excellent telephone manner to deal with exclusive clients and provide a professional first impression for the business
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise you day and duties accordingly.
• Experience within the hospitality sector is preferred, but a genuine interest essential.
• Good attention to detail providing accurate communications for the team
• Experience within general administration and basic diary management.
• The desire to work in a busy environment where working together is key
• Strong customer service to maintain and develop repeat and existing clients within their market
• Full Microsoft Office Knowledge to an intermediate / advanced level
• Typing speed of minimum 60 wpm
• Due to location, a car driver/owner is highly recommended
